RETURNS & WARRANTY

RETURN POLICY:

Since they are handmade, there are NO REFUNDS, store credit only. Valid for 14 days after purchase.  They must not be worn. You will be responsible for return shipping cost.

WARRANTY POLICY:

We guarantee our product for 90 days. We will warranty the shoes for 90 days after purchase on sole and sewing, not on wear and tear.  The definition of wear and tear is at our discretion.
