RETURNS & WARRANTY

RETURN POLICY:

Since they are handmade, there are no refunds, STORE CREDIT ONLY. Valid for 14 days after delivery date.  They must not be visibly worn. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. We understand returns happen and there will be a card in your package explaining returns.  ALL SALES FINALS ON SALE ITEMS, NO RETURNS!

WARRANTY POLICY:

We guarantee our product for 90 days. We will warranty the shoes for 90 days after purchase on sole and sewing, not on wear and tear.  The definition of wear and tear is at our discretion.
